Nex Pest Control built its Lookout Mountain reputation on showing up when we say we will, quoting one flat price, and standing behind the work with a written guarantee.
Nex Pest Control technicians live and work around Lookout Mountain, which means the person inspecting your crawl space already knows how this soil and climate behave before they even open a toolbox.
We keep our Lookout Mountain crew small enough that the technician who inspects your home is the same one who treats it, and often the same one who returns for the follow-up.
Nex Pest Control runs on one rule: quote it straight, treat the actual cause, and back it in writing. That's not a slogan — it's the reason Lookout Mountain repeat customers call us back for the next issue instead of shopping around.
We also track what's happening across Lookout Mountain season to season — which blocks see termite swarms first, which see rodent calls spike once the weather turns — so a technician arrives with a working hypothesis, not a blank slate.
Here's what tends to show up right before a Lookout Mountain homeowner finally picks up the phone.
None of these are emergencies by themselves — but stacking up together is the Lookout Mountain homeowner's cue that this needs a real inspection. A quick phone call and a same-day inspection usually costs less time and money than months of chasing symptoms with store-bought products.
Six service lines, one Lookout Mountain crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
A wasp nest by the front door or a rodent sighting near a newborn's room doesn't wait for business hours — our Lookout Mountain emergency line is answered around the clock and dispatch is prioritized by risk, not by who called first. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Lookout Mountain cases ahead of standard scheduling.
Standard residential service covers the everyday Lookout Mountain invaders — ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish — with an initial treatment and a recurring schedule that keeps pressure from building back up between visits. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Commercial Pest Control accounts get discreet placements and a paper trail — every visit logged, every finding reported, so you're never caught off guard by an inspector's question. Multi-location Lookout Mountain accounts get one consistent point of contact instead of juggling separate vendors per site.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
Trapping without sealing the entry point just means a new rodent moves in within weeks — every Lookout Mountain rodent job includes finding and closing the actual gap, not just setting traps. We'll also flag chewed wiring or insulation damage found during the inspection so you know what to address afterward.
We'll flag chronic water sources on your Lookout Mountain property — a clogged gutter, an old planter — that keep re-seeding the population no matter how often we spray. One-time treatments ahead of an outdoor event can usually be scheduled within a day or two.
A short call to +1-844-564-2570 is usually all it takes to get a technician on the calendar. A dispatcher can usually give you an arrival window within minutes of the call.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
You'll see one flat number before any product goes down — no per-visit surprises later. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
Every Lookout Mountain quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. If something changes mid-visit, we stop and re-quote before continuing, rather than adjusting the bill after the fact.
Our Lookout Mountain technicians are already in the area, which is why same-day windows are the norm, not the exception. We keep routes tight across Lookout Mountain specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
We'll provide proof of licensing and insurance on request, before anyone steps inside. Licensing status is current and checked, not just a claim on a website.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. Ask your technician for the specific guarantee window that applies to your treatment before they leave.
True around-the-clock coverage means an urgent call at 2am gets the same response as one at 2pm. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Our technicians have inspected enough Lookout Mountain attics and crawl spaces to know what's typical for your street before they even arrive. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in Lookout Mountain.
Our guarantee is simple: pay for a result, not just a visit. If activity continues at your Lookout Mountain property after treatment, follow-up service is included, not billed separately.
The terms are spoken plainly at time of service, so there's never a surprise when you call back about recurring activity. Ask any technician on our Lookout Mountain crew and they'll tell you the same thing — the guarantee exists so calling back is never a hassle.
Called about roaches at 8pm on a Friday and honestly expected a voicemail. Got a real person and a technician the next morning.
Termite inspection found damage under the porch we had no idea about, and the report was thorough enough for our insurance claim.
The technician found our actual entry point instead of just leaving traps and hoping for the best.

Called the emergency line at night and someone actually picked up, which mattered more than I expected.
Monthly mosquito treatment made our patio usable again by the second visit — hadn't sat outside in the evening in years.
Ant trail kept coming back every summer no matter what we sprayed ourselves — turned out to be a single foundation crack the technician sealed in one visit.
Having documented visits across our whole portfolio instead of six separate vendors saved us real time every month.
